Flynn Burch has extensive experience in philanthropy and program management, currently serving as the Director of Global Philanthropy at Under Armour since August 2016 and as the Executive Director of the Under Armour Foundation since April 2023. Prior roles at the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation included Sr. Director of State Initiatives and Programs, Director of Programs, Assistant Director of Program Initiatives, and Special Projects Coordinator from December 2010 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes roles at MLB Productions as an Associate Producer and Production Assistant from May 2006 to December 2010. Flynn Burch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Dickinson College (2002-2006) and graduated from Loyola Blakefield in 2002.
