Johnny Agar is an accomplished motivational speaker and advocate for individuals with disabilities, with a focus on promoting sports inclusivity. Since 2015, Johnny has worked as a freelance speaker, inspiring audiences with personal experiences. Currently serving as a Rifton Ambassador, Cerebral Palsy Foundation Ambassador, and Under Armour Ambassador, Johnny actively promotes sports for those facing physical challenges. As the Founder and CEO of JohnnysPass, established in 2007, Johnny also drives initiatives to support individuals with disabilities. Academically, Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Sport Management from Aquinas College, attained between 2014 and 2019.
