Joyce Yu

Joyce Yu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within global organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global HRBP & Employee Relations (Americas) at Under Armour since January 2015, Joyce supports high-level executives while overseeing employee relations for multiple business units. Previously, Joyce held the position of Senior Director of Talent Development, managing global training programs and enhancing the experience of over 12,000 retail team members. Joyce also served as Senior Director of HRBP for the APAC region, focusing on comprehensive HR strategies and operations. Additionally, Joyce's background includes significant roles at Pernod Ricard Asia Duty Free, VF Corporation Asia, and adidas group, where initiatives spanned HR operations, organization change management, and cross-regional employee engagement. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from The University of Hong Kong.
