Ken Link is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the athletic apparel and footwear industry. Currently serving as Senior Design Director at Under Armour since July 2024, Link previously held key positions at New Balance, including Director of Innovation and Director of Sport Innovation from August 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, Link had a long tenure at Nike as Senior Design Director from October 1995 to October 2018, and later worked as Creative Director at adidas from November 2018 to May 2021. Link's educational background includes studies at Western Oregon University.
