Kui Cai

Kui Cai is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in the sports and footwear industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Under Armour since October 2022, Kui previously held the position of Design Director at Peak Sports USA Design Center, where a multifaceted creative studio was established for U.S. brand expansion. Additional roles include Contract Designer at VF Corporation, Concept Designer for Vans, and Footwear Designer at PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy. Previously, Kui directed mass-customization design projects at IDX and managed the Products Planning Department at PEAK Sport Products Co., where notable products were designed for NBA players. Kui holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Product Design from ArtCenter College of Design, an MBA in innovation systems design from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Stage Design from Central Academy of Drama.
