Aaron M. Griffin

Aaron M. Griffin is an Associate at Underberg & Kessler LLP since November 2018, where responsibilities include representing a diverse range of corporate, governmental, and individual clients within the firm's litigation group. Prior to this role, Aaron served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the New York State Attorney General from June 2016 to November 2018, engaging in case trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations across various legal practice areas. Aaron holds a Juris Doctor from Penn State Law (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Chemical Biology, as well as Government from Cornell University (2010). Additionally, Aaron began studies at William & Mary, where a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Chemistry and Government was pursued (2006-2007).
