Jennifer Shoemaker

Jennifer Shoemaker is a Partner at Underberg & Kessler LLP, where since May 2007, representation has focused on private and public sector clients in various litigation and employment matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, discrimination, retaliation, workplace issues, and harassment. Jennifer also engages in complex national liability litigation and has experience conducting jury and bench trials and arbitration proceedings. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as an Associate at Lacy Katzen LLP from January 2005 to April 2007, contributing to both the Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments. Jennifer earned a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College.
