Kyle Pittman is an Associate at Underberg & Kessler LLP since April 2024, previously serving as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department from August 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes editorial leadership as Editor In Chief for Government Law Review Vol.16 and roles as a Law Clerk at Dreyer Boyajian LLP and Phelan Phelan & Danek LLP. Internships encompass positions at the Northern District of New York, Sparks Law, and the Monroe County Office of the District Attorney, as well as an internship at the Monroe County Public Defenders Office. Kyle Pittman earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Albany Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Police Science/Pre-Law from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Monroe Community College.
