Margaret Somerset

Margaret Somerset is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in medical malpractice defense, negligence defense, and personal injury law. Currently serving as a Partner at Underberg & Kessler LLP since 2007, Margaret previously held the position of Managing Partner at The Somerset Firm, LLC from 2001 to 2007, and was a Partner in the Litigation Department at Harris Beach PLLC from 1989 to 2001. Margaret obtained a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 1989, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Political Science from Providence College, completed in 1986. Additionally, Margaret studied at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland during 1984-1985 and received a Regents Diploma from The Franciscan Academy between 1978 and 1982.
