Dustin Cooper has been a financial executive for over two decades, with a particular focus on the sports industry. Dustin began their career as an accountant for a small firm in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. After a few years, they moved to New York City to work for a larger accounting firm. It was during this time that they developed an interest in the business side of sports.

In 2017, Dustin was hired by DRAFT, a fantasy sports company, as their Vice President of Finance. Dustin was responsible for the financial planning and execution of the company's growth initiatives. Dustin also oversaw the human resources and payroll functions. Under Dustin's leadership, the company experienced 20x YoY growth and achieved results more than 20% over their 2018 budget.

In 2020, Dustin became the CFO of Underdog Sports, a new sports media company. In their current role, they are responsible for the financial planning and execution of the company's growth initiatives. Dustin also oversees the human resources and payroll functions. Dustin is passionate about helping underdog sports teams and athletes succeed. Dustin believes that everyone deserves a fair chance to compete and that sports should be accessible to everyone.

Dustin Cooper attended Arizona State University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a double major in accounting and marketing. Dustin also received a certificate in international business from the school.
