Richie Lampani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting, business development, and marketing. As Co-Founder and Chief of Recruiting Operations at Underground Administration since February 2023, Richie focuses on providing efficient recruiting solutions. Prior roles include significant positions at various staffing companies from March 2012 to March 2023, where Richie successfully managed high-volume recruiting and consistently achieved top sales rankings. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Entertainment/Talent Marketing for The Gilmore Collection, Director of Marketing/Managing Partner at Rocket Entertainment Group L.L.C., and Director of Marketing/Assistant Talent Buyer at The Intersection. Richie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Davenport University and a diploma from Hudsonville High School.
