Sanja Kogen

Sanja Kogen is an experienced Email Marketing Manager at Underground Ecom since September 2021, where Sanja develops and implements email marketing strategies utilizing Klaviyo to enhance pre and post-customer journeys, drives revenue through targeted monthly campaigns, and conducts A/B testing for optimization. Prior to this role, Sanja held various positions at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from June 2014 to May 2020, including Cruise Sales Manager, Assistant Cruise Sales Manager, and Cruise Sales Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as an interpreter at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia in December 2012. Sanja holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and a high school degree in the same field from Gimnazija Krusevac.
