Caeleigh Girard

Caeleigh Girard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Caeleigh is currently serving as the Production Art Team Lead at Underground Printing since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Gallery Manager at Glass Academy from October 2020 to April 2021.

Caeleigh has a significant tenure at Disc Replay - Metro Detroit & Flint, where they held multiple positions. Caeleigh began as a Shift Supervisor in 2014 and progressed to Assistant Manager in 2015. Ultimately, they became the District Manager in August 2016 and continued in this role until October 2020. During their time at Disc Replay, Caeleigh played a pivotal role in managing six store managers, overseeing grand openings, conducting compensation evaluations, and leading weekly/monthly meetings and consultations. Caeleigh also contributed to social media representation, vendor partnerships, advertising efforts, customer service excellence, and collaborating with graphic designers and software engineers.

Caeleigh started their career as an Assistant Teacher at Alpena Community College in September 2013 and simultaneously worked as a News/Feature Writer at The Roscommon Voice from April 2013 to May 2014. Caeleigh also gained experience as a Game Adviser at GameStop and as a Customer Service Representative at Speedway LLC in 2013. Additionally, they held positions as a Substitute at D.M. Burr from February to May 2013 and as a Supervisor, Museum Assistant, and Computer Studio Monitor at Northern Michigan University from 2009 to 2012.

Caeleigh's early experience includes working as a Photoshop Tutor and Teacher Assistant at Kirtland Community College/M-TEC from 2007 to 2009. Overall, their work experience showcases their progression, leadership, adaptability across various industries, and their expertise in management, customer service, art, teaching, and communication.

Caeleigh Girard's education history begins with their high school education at Roscommon High School from 2002 to 2006. There, they obtained a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a focus on Electronic Imaging. Following their high school graduation, they attended Kirtland Community College from 2006 to 2009, earning an A.A. degree in Photography. Their educational journey continued at Northern Michigan University from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Electronic Imaging.
