Christina Lynn

Christina Lynn has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies.

In 2015, they started their career as a Social Media Support Specialist at H&R Block's SM@RT department. From there, they moved on to work as a Knowledge & Process Management Specialist in the Assisted Tax division. Christina then transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst and Technical Writer in the Knowledge & Process Management and Technical Support Centers.

In 2019, Christina took on the position of an Information Technology Business Analyst in H&R Block's Office of the Future and Retail Technology department. Christina later shifted to a similar role in the CIAM, Enterprise Architecture & Platform Engineering division.

In 2021, Christina joined SelectQuote Insurance Services as a UI/UX Designer in the App Dev team. Christina then took on the role of a UI/UX Supervisor, overseeing the design of mobile applications.

Starting in 2022, Christina began working as a Senior Product Designer at Underline, where they continue to use their design skills to develop innovative products.

Christina Lynn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. Christina attended the university from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Christina has also obtained several certifications in various fields. Christina earned certifications such as "Sketch Master: Getting Started with Sketch, User Experience Design in Sketch, and SVG Workflows in Sketch" from Sketch Master in December 2021, "UX Design On Demand" from General Assembly in December 2020, "Learn Figma - UI/UX Design Essential Training" from Udemy in November 2020, "Robotic Process Administration" from Blue Prism in April 2019, "LSSCWB Lean Six Sigma Certified White Belt" from H&R Block in November 2018, "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" from Scrum Alliance in March 2019, and "Bomgar Remote Support Admin v16" from Bomgar Corporation in September 2017.
