Sebastian Boureanu

Sebastian Boureanu, FCCA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the CEO and Co-founder of Craft Solutions since February 2018, Sebastian focuses on helping businesses significantly increase profits, evidenced by successful case studies such as Stera Chemicals and Arte Grup. In addition to this role, Sebastian serves as a fractional CFO for multiple companies, including Underline Ventures, Piata9, NCLAV, GRAPHEIN, Green Horse Games, and SmartDreamers. Sebastian also contributes as a member of the Romanian Business Leaders and the Board of Advisors for EFdeN, alongside an Executive Board Member position at Colina Learning Center. Educationally, Sebastian holds an ACCA membership and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
