Reza Izad

Reza Izad is a Co-Founder & Partner at Underscore Talent. Reza has over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry.

Reza started their career as an agent at United Talent Agency in 1996. Reza was quickly promoted to partner and then left in 2002 to join BOX Entertainment as a partner. Reza stayed there for three years before joining The Collective as a partner in 2005. Reza was Chairman of Studio71 from 2011 until 2021 when they joined Underscore Talent.
