Joseph Alim

Joseph Alim is the VP of Product & Operations at Compt, where Joseph helps companies enhance employee perks for a more engaged workforce. Additionally, Joseph serves as a Product Core Leader at Underscore VC, contributing to the growth of the Boston product ecosystem. Previously, Joseph was the COO & Co-Founder of ScholarJet, connecting employers with entry-level talent through skills-based competitions. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management, Joseph has also held various engineering co-op positions at Medtronic, Instron, and GE Aviation. As the former President of the Northeastern University SASE Chapter, Joseph successfully expanded the organization and established strong traditions for future leaders.
