Chester Harding has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chester is currently working at understand.ai as the Head of Customer Success since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at the same company from January 2020 to August 2021.

Chester's earliest work experience was as a Design Engineer at Centreless Tooling from January 1999 to January 2001.

Chester Harding pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering Design and Materials from the University of Portsmouth. Chester attended the university from 1993 to 1996, completing their undergraduate education within this period.
