Zhanet Nikolova

Zhanet Nikolova began their work experience in 2016 as a Co-Founder at Code-X Academy. Zhanet held this position from February 2016 to March 2017.

In April 2018, Zhanet joined understand.ai as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Zhanet worked in this role until December 2021.

In January 2022, Zhanet transitioned to a Marketing Assistant Intern position at understand.ai. Zhanet held this position until June 2022.

From July 2022 to February 2023, Zhanet worked as a Solution Engineer at understand.ai.

Currently, Zhanet is working at understand.ai in the Customer Success role, starting from March 2023.

Zhanet Nikolova pursued their education at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2023. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medien- und Kommunikationsinformatik. Additionally, they have acquired two additional certifications: Google Analytics Advanced in February 2022 and Das Deutsche Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz (DSDII) in May 2015.
