Suzy Bolton

Suzy Bolton is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Understanding Recruitment since May 2013, Suzy oversees group Finance, HR, IT, Compliance & Legal, Company Secretary, and Internal Recruitment Functions. Previous positions include Financial Controller (Part Time) at Nuffield Health from December 2005 to November 2012 and Head of Corporate Finance at Leo Burnett from 2001 to 2005. Suzy holds a Business Management HND in Accounting and Finance from the University of Derby, completed between 2006 and 2008, and A-Levels in Business Studies, Economics, and English from Vandyke Upper School, completed from 2001 to 2006.
