Mirlyne Eloi has over 20 years of experience in medical staff services and credentialing. Mirlyne started their career in 1997 as an Analyst at Tufts Health Plan and later became a Credentialing Coordinator at Tufts Medical Center. In 2001, they joined Neighborhood Health as a Credentialing Specialist, conducting activities related to physician appointments. Mirlyne then worked at Tufts Health Plan – Network Health as a Credentialing Supervisor, developing policies and procedures and maintaining credentialing files. From 2011 to 2019, Mirlyne worked at MelroseWakefield Healthcare as a Credentialing Manager, overseeing all credentialing activities for medical practitioners. Mirlyne was also a Senior Manager of Medical Staff Affairs at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where they managed medical staff operations. Currently, Mirlyne is the Director of Medical Staff Services at an undisclosed company, responsible for the credentialing process and developing department policies and procedures.
Mirlyne Eloi obtained a Graduate Certificate in Communication and Media Studies from Emerson College in 2001. Mirlyne then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at Newbury College in 2006. In 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, General at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mirlyne Eloi furthered their education by attending the Boston University School of Law to study as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in 2022. Currently, they are enrolled at the Massachusetts School of Law, where they will be completing their education from 2021 to 2025. In addition to their academic achievements, Mirlyne Eloi obtained certification as a NAMSS Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) in December 2016 from NAMSS - National Association Medical Staff Services.
