Swedha Shriram

Swedha Shriram has over 19 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Sales & Marketing. Swedha began their career in 2001 as an Executive Sales at ITC Hotels and then moved to Taj Hotels as an Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing. In 2004, they joined Manhattan Associates as an HR Generalist. Two years later, they moved to Accenture in India as a Lead - Training - Professional Development Operations. In 2007, they relocated to Hong Kong and joined HSBC as an Assistant Manager - Learning and Development - Asia Pacific. In 2017, they began their freelance career as an HR Consultant and Content Writer. In 2019, they joined Caymus Technology Ventures as an L&D Customer Success Lead, curating impactful L&D solutions for customers and ensuring optimum customer experience. In 2020, they joined Undocked as a Director, HCM and Director, Human Resources.

Swedha Shriram has completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Management from Macquarie Business School in Human Resources Management in 2010. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Hotel Management from Christ University, Bangalore in Hospitality Management in 2001. Swedha also has a certification in Content Marketing: Staying Relevant from LinkedIn obtained in March 2021.
