Alan Kawamara is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in web development, strategic consulting, and information management. As the Founder and Lead Application Developer at Corporate Art East Africa since March 2008, Alan has overseen the creation and management of internet-based information systems and developed social media strategies for organizations. In addition to this, Alan serves as the Chief Technology Officer for East Africa Freight Hub, focusing on the development of online industry tools and information security. Alan is also the Founder of Visible Polls, an online tool offering insights into elections, and has contributed as a UN Online Volunteer on various global projects. Past roles include positions with Code For Africa, UNICEF, and Raila Odinga Center, all showcasing Alan's expertise in web services, design, and civic technology.
