Deidre Samson

Deidre Samson is a professional futurist specializing in strategic foresight and innovation. Currently, Deidre serves as a Faculty Member at both the University of Stellenbosch Business School and the University of the Free State, focusing on scenario planning. As a shareholder and Director at Future-Fit Consulting, Deidre also engages in advisory work, while holding the position of Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Futures Studies. With extensive experience in corporate roles at Distell and a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Futures Studies awarded summa cum laude, Deidre contributes to expert panels for organizations such as Interpol and the UNDP.
