Dr. Yulia Rybak is an accomplished expert in the energy sector with extensive experience in government-to-government cooperation and international relations. Currently serving as the Programme Manager for the Green Energy Recovery Programme at UNDP, Yulia has previously held significant roles, including Director at the Kyiv Regional Center for Investment and Development and Advisor to the Minister of Energy of Ukraine. Having co-headed the German-Ukrainian Energy Partnership Secretariat, Yulia has demonstrated strong management and leadership skills throughout their career, which spans various advisory and project management positions. Yulia holds a Ph.D. in World Economy and International Economic Relations from Kyiv National Economic University.
