Fadi Abilmona currently serves as the Regional Advisor for the Regional Bureau for Arab States at UNDP since November 2022. Prior to this role, Fadi worked as a Regional Programme Specialist at the United Nations from July 2020 to November 2022, focusing on a joint UNDP - DPPA programme aimed at enhancing national capacities for conflict prevention. Fadi's career at UNDP spans from July 2013 to July 2020 as the Crisis Prevention and Recovery Programme Manager and includes positions as Project Manager and Project Officer from April 2009 to August 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Project Manager at the British Council from September 2005 to April 2009. Fadi holds a Master of Science in Public Management and Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lebanese American University.
