Heather Doyle serves as the Team Lead in Health for the Asia and Pacific Region at UNDP since November 2021, providing leadership on the regional health portfolio and coordinating responses to country program requests. Prior to this role, Heather worked with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as a Senior Technical Coordinator, leading a team focused on community rights, gender, and key populations, while achieving significant mobilization of funds for gender-transformative investments. Additional experience includes consulting on health and human rights projects, directing grants for marginalized populations, and program management in various international health initiatives across multiple regions. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in International Relations from American University.
