Jasmin Blessing

Jasmin Blessing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in gender equality, climate change, and human rights. Currently serving as a Gender Equality and Safeguards Specialist at UNDP since August 2021, Jasmin has previously held roles including Gender and Climate Change Specialist at the United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office in Colombia, and various positions at UNDP and UN Women focusing on strategic communications and program management. With a background in consulting for Human Rights Education Associates and research assistance with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Jasmin has developed e-learning courses on crucial topics such as gender-based violence and gender mainstreaming. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Rights from University College Dublin and a BA Honours in Latin American Development from the University of Portsmouth.
