Luciana Aguiar

Luciana Aguiar, Ph.D, is a seasoned professional in sustainable finance and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since May 2015, including Sustainable Finance Programme Manager and Global Lead for SDG Impact Management. Contributions include enhancing engagement with the private sector, facilitating capacity development, and managing global programs such as the Business Call to Action and the Covid-19 Private Sector Global Facility. Previous positions also include advisory roles at Instituto Coca-Cola Brasil and B3, as well as academic roles as an Associate Professor and invited lecturer. Luciana holds a Ph.D. in Visual Anthropology and has conducted research and taught undergraduate courses in anthropology.
