Njoya Tikum

Njoya Tikum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development and governance. Currently serving as the Resident Representative at UNDP Senegal and the Director of the Regional Office for West & Central Africa since June 2020, Tikum has held various leadership roles within UNDP, including Regional Manager for East and Southern Africa and Regional Policy and Programme Advisor in Ethiopia. Tikum's career began with founding the Center For Public Interest Law in Cameroon, dedicated to enhancing democratic governance and accountability. Tikum's educational background includes advanced degrees from prestigious institutions such as Yale University and Columbia Law School, specializing in international law and human rights.
