Pelin Keceli Rodoplu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inclusive sustainable growth, currently serving as the Portfolio Manager for the Inclusive Sustainable Growth Portfolio at the United Nations Development Programme since July 2009. Previously held positions include Regional Competitiveness Specialist, where advisory services on regional competitiveness were delivered, and Business Development Manager, managing UN Joint Programmes. Prior experience includes working as a Cluster Analysis Expert in the Development of a National Clustering Policy Project, where methodologies for competitiveness analyses were developed for various sectors in Turkey. Earlier roles at UNDP included Project Associate and Business Development Focal Point, contributing significantly to competitive advantage initiatives in the GAP region. Pelin Keceli Rodoplu holds an MBA in International Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and a BA in Economics from Ankara University.
