Rita BC

Rita BC is currently serving as a Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Consultant for the UNDP Nepal/European Union Support to Inclusive Project and as a GESI Consultant for UNICEF. Previously, Rita worked as a Subnational Governance Advisor for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and held various roles at UNDP, including a Provincial Programme Coordination Analyst and a Gender and Social Inclusion Analyst. Their experience also includes project coordination positions focused on women's rights and leadership in organizations such as the Karnali Integrated Rural Development & Research Center and the Women Association for Marginalized Women. Additionally, Rita’s career includes roles at Handicap International and Population Services International.
