Roland Seri

Roland Seri currently serves as the Deputy Resident Representative for UNDP in Zambia, where responsibilities include senior leadership, program formulation and implementation, office management, and resource mobilization. With extensive experience in financial and operational management, Roland has held various roles, including Operations Manager and Finance Business Partner, overseeing significant budgets and teams. Prior positions encompass roles such as Funding Officer at South Lakes Housing and Lecturer in Audit and Finance at Institut Britannique de Management et Technologie. Roland holds two Master's degrees in Development Economics and Corporate Finance, along with a Maitrise in Accounting and Financial Techniques from Université Libre de Tunis.
