Vitalie Vremis has extensive experience in international development and public administration, currently serving as the Deputy Resident Representative at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since November 2014. Prior to this role, Vitalie held the position of Portfolio Manager at the United Nations Development Programme from 2004 to February 2012 and served as the Executive Director of the Educational Advising Center between January 1999 and February 2004. Vitalie Vremis obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Academia de Administrare Publica in 2007 and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova in 1999.
