Amanda Hawley

Amanda Hawley, PhD, is a senior licensing specialist at UNeMed, working with University inventors to protect and market their intellectual property. Dr. Hawley assesses inventions on their patentability and commercial potential while cultivating relationships with prospective partners for collaboration and licensing opportunities. She previously served six years at LI-COR, an international biotech company in Lincoln, where she negotiated agreements and managed LI-COR’s intellectual property portfolio of biotechnology products. Dr. Hawley received her doctorate in cancer biology from UNMC in 2014.
