Mindy Ware

Mindy Ware is the paralegal for UNeMed Corporation, the technology transfer and commercialization office for the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) since 2010. Mindy works as a liaison with the University’s patent attorneys and inventors, coordinating the patent protection strategy for the University. She works with licensees and co-owners to ensure the University’s intellectual property rights are maintained appropriately. Mindy has been working as a paralegal for over 22 years. She earned her Certified Paralegal designation in 2009 and her Advanced Certified Paralegal designation in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2010. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2007. She also has paralegal experience in the areas of litigation, family law, probate and insurance law.
