Manoj Pandey is a Climate Risk Financing Specialist at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), focusing on climate-smart insurance solutions for micro-, small-, and medium-sized enterprises in V20 vulnerable economies in the Asia-Pacific. Previously, Manoj served as an Advisor at the Access to Insurance Initiative (A2ii), leading regulatory aspects of Insurtech and inclusive insurance. Manoj held various managerial roles at MSC, providing technical assistance for financial inclusivity, and coordinated projects at the Microinsurance Network, managing global technical working groups. Additional experience includes project coordination for Planet Guarantee in Sri Lanka, technical consultancy for the ILO Microinsurance Innovation Facility, and business development roles at Vimo SEWA and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.
