Rahnuma Chowdhury is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in climate action and risk analysis. Currently serving as an Investor Climate Action at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative since February 2021, Rahnuma previously held the position of Senior Risk Analyst at QBE Europe from April 2020 to December 2021. Prior roles include Manager at PwC from March 2018 to April 2020, Senior Associate at the Bank of England from September 2014 to March 2018, and Consultant at Chatham House from 2013 to April 2014. Rahnuma began a career in public service as a Parliamentary Intern in the Office of Hon. Dan McTeague, MP, from 2010 to 2011. Rahnuma earned a Master of Science in Development Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2014 and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management with a focus on Strategic Public Opinion and Policy Analysis from Carleton University in 2013.
