Anders Lee

Anders Lee is a seasoned professional in education and development, currently serving as a Project Officer at UNESCO since May 2020, with previous roles as Education Analyst and Research Analyst. From January 2020 to March 2022, Anders held the position of East Asia Pacific Assistant Research Manager at the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED), where significant achievements included managing the Myanmar team during a critical period and expanding team capacity to ensure timely data publication. Anders also supported ACLED's coverage of political violence in East Asia Pacific and contributed to key research publications while working as a Research Consultant at the Centre for Economic and Social Development. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Assistant at UNOPS and leadership at 180 Degrees Consulting. Anders holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
