Bosen Lily Liu

Bosen Lily Liu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, policy analysis, and partnership development, currently serving as Head of the Partnership and UN Liaison Unit at UNESCO since October 2020. Liu has led high-level initiatives aimed at transforming education and enhancing consensus among various stakeholders. Previous roles include leading the Transforming Higher Education Team and acting as VP of Corporate Social Responsibility at V6CO, LLC & Stracos, LLC, where significant contributions to global charitable efforts were made. With a strong educational background, including dual PhDs in Sociology and Anthropology, and a Master of Science in International Educational Development, Liu's expertise encompasses higher education policy, youth strategy, and the integration of artificial intelligence in educational frameworks. Additionally, Liu has demonstrated a commitment to innovative cross-sector collaborations and research in educational technology.
