Jennifer Linkins

Jennifer Linkins currently serves as the Assistant Director-General for Administration and Management at UNESCO, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer Linkins accumulated extensive experience at the World Health Organization from July 1996 to March 2024, where positions included Director of Human Resources and Talent Management, Director a.i. Human Resources and Talent Management, and Director of Management and Administration for the Health Emergencies Programme, among others. Earlier in Jennifer Linkins' career, a staff consultant role was held at Andersen Consulting from November 1993 to June 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language from the University of Maryland, along with Chartered Fellow status from CIPD.
