Nelcy Gómez Fernández

Nelcy Gómez Fernández is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Officer at UNESCO since February 2023, Nelcy develops outreach campaigns, coordinates webinars, job fairs, and manages recruitment operations. Prior to this role, Nelcy held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Officer at Luxembourg Stock Exchange from April 2019 to January 2023, overseeing all recruitment processes and collaborating closely with hiring managers.
