Rosanna Fanni currently serves as the Ethics of Science, Technology and Bioethics Junior Professional Officer (JPO) in the Ethics of AI Unit at UNESCO, a position held since December 2023 and funded by the Italian Government. Previously, Rosanna worked as a Researcher and Trade and Technology Dialogue Coordinator at the Centre for European Policy Studies from August 2020 to September 2023, as well as fulfilling various academic roles including Associate Researcher and Digital Forum Coordinator at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata." Rosanna's extensive research experience includes fellowships with the EANGAGE Project, the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA), and the Brookings Institution, alongside supporting roles at the European Parliament and the European Commission. Educational credentials include a Master in Digital Communication Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, complemented by studies at institutions such as UCLA and Freie Universität Berlin.
