Dean Sozio

Dean Sozio is an experienced Application Engineer and Engineering Manager at Unex Manufacturing, Inc. Dean manages two engineers, hosts product development, designs new products and applications, enters parts and assemblies in the MRP system, and utilizes software like AutoCAD, Solidworks, and 3D Printing. Prior to working at Unex Manufacturing, Inc., Dean worked at Trane as a Manufacturing Engineer where Dean developed new manufacturing processes, practiced Lean Manufacturing Philosophy, cost-reduced products, communicated with suppliers on cost reduction projects, and trained new hires on Furnace and A/C Coil operation and part function. Dean holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
