Shakti Gupta

Shakti Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regional management, strategic planning, team management, and business development. Currently serving as Director at UNext Learning since January 2023, Shakti previously held the position of Associate Director and Head of Business Development at OYO, overseeing significant annual revenue and a large network of hotels in Gujarat. Prior to OYO, Shakti was Area Business Head at Vodafone Idea Limited, managing national corporate customer service operations and achieving impressive business growth and profitability. Earlier roles include Zonal Customer Service Head, HNI Relationship Manager, and Assistant Manager within major financial institutions. Shakti holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing Operations from the International School of Business & Media.
