Amy Zhang is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in global recruitment and program management. Since September 2015, Amy has served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU), where responsibilities include leading the full cycle recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to enhance sourcing strategies for diverse talent pools. Prior to this role, Amy worked at Ralph Lauren from March 2006 to September 2015 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment within the Wholesale division across various sectors including Product Development and Merchandising.
