Hemant Arora

Hemant Arora began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at IBM India in 2006. Hemant then joined Merck in 2007, where they worked as an Associate analyst and Application Analyst, supporting global systems and projects. In 2010, they transitioned to UNFCU, starting as an Information Technology Operations Analyst and progressing to roles of increasing responsibility, including Lead DevOps Engineer and Lead System Analyst in Enterprise Application Management. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in system analysis, IT operations, and project leadership.

Hemant Arora holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRMS CET- India, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Hemant later pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Management at Stevens Institute of Technology, graduating in 2008.
