Matthew Muratore

Matthew Muratore is a skilled instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training content and programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at UNFCU since April 2019, Matthew creates storyboards and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance course design and delivery. Previously, as a Learning and Development Specialist at Sotheby's, Matthew designed and delivered role-based training programs, while also orchestrating training events and certification workshops as an Associate Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles in training and development within Military AutoSource and recruitment coordination at Lord & Taylor. Matthew holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
