Michael la France

Michael La France has over 30 years of experience in facilities management, starting as an Operations/Office/Purchasing Manager at DALCOMP, INC in 1986. Michael transitioned to Thomson Financial as a Facilities/Office/Purchasing Manager, overseeing an increase in responsibility due to an acquisition. Moving on to CDG MANAGEMENT LLC, they assumed the role of Director of Facilities managing a call center operation with numerous offices. La France then joined McCarter & English, LLP as the Director of Facilities, handling multiple departments across various office locations and overseeing significant project renovations. Most recently, they served as the VP Facilities and Real Estate at UNFCU. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing teams, overseeing office security, negotiating contracts, and creating and maintaining business continuity plans.

Michael La France attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration.
