Elaine Martinez-Lopez

Elaine Martinez-Lopez has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Sales Associate at SBARKLES, LLC, where they successfully worked until 2017 before being promoted to Manager. As a Manager, they demonstrated strong leadership and management skills until 2021.

In 2021, they joined Reach Adult Development INC as an Executive Assistant, a role they held for a brief period until September 2021. Later that year, they joined The Larkin Company as a Leave & Claims Administrator, where they efficiently managed leave and claims processes until April 2022.

Currently, Elaine is employed at Unfold as a People Operations Specialist, starting in April 2022. Their experiences and skill set make their a valuable asset in the field of operations and people management.

Elaine Martinez-Lopez obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento. Elaine pursued this degree from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they also completed a Minor in Marketing from the same university during the same time period.

In terms of certifications, Elaine Martinez-Lopez obtained "Everything DiSC® Certification" from Wiley Workplace Learning in February 2023. Prior to that, they obtained "Collaborative hiring" certification from Greenhouse Software in May 2022.
